Ingredients
  

Main
  • 12 oz chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Slice vegetables and chicken sausage into even pieces.
  3. Toss sausage and vegetables with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Place mixture in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with optional garnish.

Notes

You can swap vegetables based on what you have on hand. Great for meal prep.
