- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Slice vegetables and chicken sausage into even pieces.
- Toss sausage and vegetables with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
- Place mixture in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with optional garnish.
