  • 2 ripe mangoes julienned
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts crushed
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Combine mango, carrot, and red onion in a bowl.
  2. Whisk lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and chili together.
