Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook ravioli in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté mushrooms until golden.
  3. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook briefly.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer gently.
  5. Add Parmesan and seasonings until smooth.
  6. Toss ravioli with sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water.
