Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest. Simmer briefly.
- Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
