Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended if chunky
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 egg optional, for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and self-rising flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead gently on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Divide dough and shape into bagels.
  5. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash if desired.
  6. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Blend cottage cheese for smoother texture. Add toppings as desired.
