Ingredients
  

Pan-Fried Halloumi
  • 8 oz halloumi cheese sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp honey or lemon juice for serving

Method
 

  1. Slice halloumi into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add halloumi slices and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  4. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with honey or lemon before serving.
