Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Grill or skillet

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix yogurt and salt until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken evenly with yogurt mixture.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
  5. Cook chicken using preferred method until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Remove excess marinade before cooking for better browning.
