Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 cup plain yogurt whole milk preferred
  • 1 tsp salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly in the yogurt mixture.
  3. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken by baking, grilling, or pan-searing until fully cooked.
  5. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Greek yogurt may be used for a thicker coating. Do not overcook.
