Ingredients
  

Meatloaf
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.33 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and half the ketchup.
  3. Mix gently until combined and shape into a rectangle on the sheet pan.
  4. Spread remaining ketchup on top as glaze.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add seasonings or mix-ins such as minced onion or garlic.
