Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional
Mix-Ins
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter while stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and optional nuts.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  6. Chill until firm, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best texture, melt chocolate slowly over low heat and avoid overheating.
