Ingredients
  

Beef Jerky
  • 1.5 lbs lean beef thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 tsp liquid smoke optional

Method
 

  1. Slice beef thinly and trim excess fat.
  2. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Pat beef dry and arrange in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 180°F for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway.
  6. Check for doneness; jerky should be dry but flexible.
  7. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

Slice against the grain for tender jerky or with the grain for a chewier texture.
