- Slice beef thinly and trim excess fat.
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Pat beef dry and arrange in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°F for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway.
- Check for doneness; jerky should be dry but flexible.
- Cool completely before storing.
Notes
Slice against the grain for tender jerky or with the grain for a chewier texture.
