Ingredients
  

Garlic Tortilla Base
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush mixture over one tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Place second tortilla on top and brush remaining garlic butter on top.
  5. Air fry 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cool slightly, slice into triangles, and serve warm.

Notes

Add chili flakes for heat or swap cheeses for different flavors.
