Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush mixture over one tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Place second tortilla on top and brush remaining garlic butter on top.
- Air fry 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly, slice into triangles, and serve warm.
Notes
Add chili flakes for heat or swap cheeses for different flavors.
