Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
- Rub chicken with olive oil.
- Mix seasonings and coat chicken evenly.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook 9 minutes, flip, then cook another 7–9 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Pound chicken to even thickness for best results. Let rest before slicing to retain juices.
