Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil.
  4. Mix seasonings and coat chicken evenly.
  5. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook 9 minutes, flip, then cook another 7–9 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  7. Rest chicken 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pound chicken to even thickness for best results. Let rest before slicing to retain juices.
