Method
- Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat wings evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 5–7 more minutes until crispy.
- Toss with sauce if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour before air frying to dry the skin further.
