Ingredients
  

Wings
  • 2 lb chicken wings split, tips removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat wings evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 5–7 more minutes until crispy.
  8. Toss with sauce if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour before air frying to dry the skin further.
