Ingredients
  

Onions
  • 2 large yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Toss sliced onions with oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Place onions in air fryer basket in a thin layer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 300°F, shaking every few minutes.
  5. Increase temperature to 350°F and cook 5–8 more minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool completely to allow onions to crisp further before serving.

Notes

Cook in batches for best crispiness and avoid overcrowding.
