- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat steak cubes dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Arrange steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir parsley and optional red pepper flakes into the butter sauce.
- Toss hot steak bites with garlic butter and serve immediately.
Notes
Use tender steak cuts for best results and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
