Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • Small saucepan

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat steak cubes dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness.
  5. Meanwhile melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir parsley and optional red pepper flakes into the butter sauce.
  7. Toss hot steak bites with garlic butter and serve immediately.

Notes

Use tender steak cuts for best results and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
