Ingredients
  

Salmon Patty Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked salmon or canned, drained
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Flake salmon in a large bowl until no large pieces remain.
  2. Add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 6–8 patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray basket with oil and place patties in a single layer.
  6. Air fry 8 minutes, flip, and cook another 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chill patties before cooking if mixture is soft. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
