Method
- Flake salmon in a large bowl until no large pieces remain.
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 6–8 patties about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray basket with oil and place patties in a single layer.
- Air fry 8 minutes, flip, and cook another 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill patties before cooking if mixture is soft. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
