- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.
- Toss fries with olive oil and cornstarch until lightly coated.
- Add salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne; mix well.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Increase heat to 400°F for last 2 minutes for extra crispiness and serve immediately.
Notes
For crispier fries, cut thinner and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
