Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
Filling
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream cold
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 0.25 cup crushed peanuts optional

Method
 

  1. Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  6. Spread filling into chilled crust.
  7. Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight for cleaner slices.
