Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
Filling
  • 2 cups diced apples peeled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Topping & Glaze
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and allow it to rise until doubled in size.
  2. Cook apple filling until tender and thickened, then cool.
