Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Apple Layer
  • 3 apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Crisp Topping
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Toss sliced apples with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and flour just until combined.
  6. Pour half the batter over crust, add apples, then remaining batter.
  7. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake 60–70 minutes until edges set and center slightly jiggly. Cool gradually, then chill at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate overnight before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing.
