- Combine mashed potatoes, bacon, cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape mixture into small balls or cylinders and chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Coat each croquette in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry croquettes in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drain on wire rack or paper towels and serve hot.
