Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, then add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Drain grease and stir in cooked bacon.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, and seasonings.
- Spread mixture into the casserole dish.
- Arrange tater tots evenly on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are crisp.
- Top with cheese and bake 5–7 minutes more.
Notes
For added flavor, top with pickles or drizzle with burger sauce.
