Method
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, and spices until combined.
- Chill mixture for 30 minutes until firm.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on tray.
- Coat each ball in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Chill coated balls 15 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry balls 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on rack and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat in breadcrumbs.
