- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
- Drizzle slaw with olive oil and lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Spoon BBQ chicken onto each tortilla and top with slaw.
- Roll wraps tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately.
