Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or sliced
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Slaw
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 6 flour tortillas large

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in barbecue sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until chicken is evenly coated and warmed through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle slaw with olive oil and lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
  5. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  6. Spoon BBQ chicken onto each tortilla and top with slaw.
  7. Roll wraps tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, assemble wraps just before serving. Adjust BBQ sauce sweetness or spice to taste.
