- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, rinse with cool water, and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumble, drain fat, and cool.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onion.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired and serve.
Notes
Add lettuce just before serving for best texture. Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
