Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup to taste
Lavender Infusion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp culinary lavender dried
To Serve
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Simmer water, remove from heat, add lavender, cover and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer blueberries with basil and a splash of water for 5–8 minutes, mashing until juices release. Strain.
  3. Stir lemon juice and honey or simple syrup into the blueberry basil mixture to taste.
  4. Fill glasses with ice. Add blueberry basil base and a splash of lavender infusion.
  5. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and lavender strength to taste. Use only culinary-grade lavender.
