Method
- Simmer water, remove from heat, add lavender, cover and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool.
- In a saucepan, simmer blueberries with basil and a splash of water for 5–8 minutes, mashing until juices release. Strain.
- Stir lemon juice and honey or simple syrup into the blueberry basil mixture to taste.
- Fill glasses with ice. Add blueberry basil base and a splash of lavender infusion.
- Top with sparkling water, stir gently, garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and lavender strength to taste. Use only culinary-grade lavender.
