Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.25 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp almond flour optional

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl and mix in oats, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Fold in blueberries gently.
  4. Add almond flour if mixture is too soft.
  5. Chill mixture for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
