Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
Blueberry Swirl
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Saucepan
  • Silicone molds
  • Freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Cook blueberries with honey in a saucepan over medium heat until softened and juicy, about 5 minutes. Mash lightly and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spoon yogurt mixture into molds or onto parchment in small rounds.
  4. Add a small spoonful of blueberry mixture on top of each.
  5. Use a toothpick to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  6. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely solid.
  7. Remove from molds and store in airtight container in freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamiest texture. Adjust sweetness before freezing.
