Brazilian Paçoca Candy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking dish or mold

Method
 

  1. Add roasted peanuts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add sugar and salt, then pulse until fully combined and slightly clumpy.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or mold.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  5. Remove and cut into squares or bars before serving.

Notes

Do not over-process peanuts or mixture will become oily.
