Method
- Add roasted peanuts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Add sugar and salt, then pulse until fully combined and slightly clumpy.
- Press mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or mold.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove and cut into squares or bars before serving.
Notes
Do not over-process peanuts or mixture will become oily.
