- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned, then remove.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to skillet.
- Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and chicken broth, stirring until dissolved.
- Return pork chops to skillet and simmer 5–8 minutes until cooked to 145°F (63°C).
- Spoon glaze over pork chops before serving.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, simmer an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
