Ingredients
  

Oats Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add milk if needed.

Adjust sweetness and thickness to preference.
