- Combine oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl or jar.
- Add milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and add milk if needed.
