Ingredients
  

Glaze
  • 2 lbs kielbasa sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Combine kielbasa and glaze in slow cooker or baking dish.
  4. Cook on LOW for 3 hours, or bake at 325°F for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce glaze during last 15 minutes if desired.
  6. Serve warm with toothpicks and extra glaze spooned over top.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil the kielbasa for 3–5 minutes before serving.
