- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish and chill.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick. Spread over peppermint layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
