Ingredients
  

Chicken Base
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Topping
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until lightly golden.
  4. Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft.
  5. Whisk in flour and cook briefly.
  6. Slowly whisk in milk until sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken in dish.
  9. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  10. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
