- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Sauté onion in butter, add garlic, then stir in flour to form a roux.
- Whisk in broth and milk, cooking until thickened.
- Stir in cheeses and sour cream until smooth.
- Combine rice, chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep. Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated.
