Casserole
  • 8 eggs large
  • 2 cups hash browns thawed
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Stir in hash browns, cheese, bacon, green onions, and cream cheese.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until center is set.
  6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

You can assemble this casserole the night before and bake in the morning for convenience.
