Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz each
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Cheese & Garnish
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Bundt pan or loaf pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or loaf pan generously.
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters to form bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss dough pieces in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan to the bowl and mix gently.
  6. Layer coated dough pieces evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Cool 5–10 minutes, invert onto a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Add pepperoni, jalapeños, or bacon for fun variations.
