Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or loaf pan generously.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters to form bite-sized pieces.
- Toss dough pieces in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Add mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan to the bowl and mix gently.
- Layer coated dough pieces evenly into the prepared pan.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool 5–10 minutes, invert onto a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Add pepperoni, jalapeños, or bacon for fun variations.
