Cheesy Italian Grinder Sliders

Ingredients
  

Slider Rolls
  • 12 pieces slider rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
Meat & Cheese Layer
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
Vegetables & Extras
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 medium tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup banana peppers or roasted red peppers
Seasoning & Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider rolls horizontally.
  2. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on bottom halves.
  3. Add tomato slices, arugula, red onion, and banana peppers on top of cheese.
  4. Close slider rolls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Brush over tops of sliders and sprinkle Parmesan.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, slice if needed, enjoy with marinara sauce.
