Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking pan.
- Melt butter in saucepan, add cream and cheeses until smooth, then stir in macaroni and paprika.
- Combine all meatloaf ingredients in bowl and mix gently.
- Press half meat mixture into loaf shape with a center well.
- Fill center with mac and cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining meat mixture and seal edges.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread over loaf.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or add bacon to the filling for extra flavor.
