Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Arrange taco shells upright on baking sheet.
- Add a small amount of cheese to each shell, then fill with meat.
- Top generously with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until shells are crisp and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
