Ingredients
  

Roll Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni slices
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortillas, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices evenly on top.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
  6. Slice each log into 1-inch rounds.
  7. Place rolls cut-side up on baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle Parmesan.
  9. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas or rolls may open while baking. For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
