Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
Cheese Sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk or cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Blanch vegetables briefly, drain, and set aside.
  3. Prepare cheese sauce by cooking butter, flour, and milk until thickened.
  4. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine vegetables with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and bake until golden and bubbly.
