Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until thick and glossy.
- In another bowl whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake 22–26 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake for best chewy texture. Store airtight up to 4 days.
