Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until thick and glossy.
  4. In another bowl whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 22–26 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewy texture. Store airtight up to 4 days.
