Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and milk. Mix gently.
- Shape half of the chicken mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- Layer ham slices and Swiss cheese on top of the chicken base.
- Cover filling with remaining chicken mixture, pressing edges to seal.
- Mix ketchup, honey, and smoked paprika. Brush glaze over meatloaf.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley.
