Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Bread chicken cutlets and pan-fry until golden.
  4. Transfer to baking dish, top with sauce and cheese.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Avoid over-saucing to keep the chicken crispy.
