Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad
  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir in celery, red onion, and herbs.
  3. Fold in chopped or shredded chicken until fully coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
