Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. Add cream, seasoning, and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Add chicken and tortellini, toss to coat.
