- Preheat oven to 325°F and line springform pan.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Spread batter into pan and bake 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in sugar and eggs.
- Blend in sour cream, zest, juice, and vanilla.
- Pour over brownie base and bake 40–45 minutes.
- Cool gradually then chill 4 hours.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate for ganache.
- Stir smooth, add zest, spread on cheesecake, chill, slice, and serve.
Notes
For best texture, chill overnight and slice with warm knife.
