Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in sugar then eggs one at a time.
- Blend in sour cream, cream, and vanilla.
- Stir in orange zest, juice, and melted chocolate.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Bake in water bath 55–65 minutes.
- Cool gradually then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Make ganache and spread on top.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
For best texture use room temperature ingredients and avoid overmixing.
